‘Fiona the Owner’, as she’s affectionately known, brings her passion for great wine & great customer experience to the cellar door.

Coming to 791 Estate was like coming home for Fiona; the serenity, the natural surrounds, the wine. It all made sense. And on your visit to the 791 cellar door, you’ll see what we mean.

Brendan is in charge of the grapes. And he’s kicking some serious viticulture goals, having been named 2022 Co-Viticulturalist of the Year at the Mudgee Wine Show. Brendan has a proven hand when it comes to growing grapes - just taste his wine and see…
